Juan founded 800 Adept, Inc. in 1992 and has
since been providing 800 telephone enhanced solutions, and
database management serving fortune 500 corporate America. Born
in Havana Cuba, he grew up in San Jose California. Juan
graduated with degrees in Mathematics and Foreign Languages. He
attended Santa Clara University for an MBA. Prior to 800
Adept®, Juan worked for Del Monte Foods in several capacities,
including Director of Operations in Mexico, and President and
General Manager of the Far East Region based in Manila.

Sumeet Arora

Sumeet is experienced in overall telecommunications operations: knowledge of installing switches and configuring signaling; experience with floating RFPs and negotiating contracts, designing, implementing and performing ongoing maintenance of turnkey telecommunications network. Sumeet has worked with multiple carriers and LECs to establish service in a timely fashion. Performed several studies in the telecom environment, including but not limited to, cost analysis studies, call analysis studies and process optimization studies.

Wey Wey oversees operations and deploys project management resources for all 800 Adept® operational and marketing needs. She has
handled several telecom related consolidation and audit projects for Fortune 500
sized clients (i.e. Ryder TRS/ Budget). Wey Wey has an MBA and
Bachelor of Science in Management Information Science, she has been with the company over
10 years and is experienced in telecommunications management and
database and software management in telecom services. |

Geographically Mapped Telephone Routing Method and System
"A method and system for direct routing of telephone
calls made by a caller originating from within specific
calling areas to one of a plurality of locations of a second
party according to certain criteria established by the second
party. This routing is accomplished based on the assignment
of latitude and longitude coordinates to a potential caller's
location. Once these coordinates are assigned to each of the
potential callers, the second party's criteria is applied to
assign the potential caller to a second party. Such criteria
could be existence within a previously-defined geographic
area, a custom defined geographic area, or through
calculations such as the shortest distance between coordinate
points. Once all such assignments have been made, a database
is assembled to be used by a long distance carrier for direct
routing of telephone calls from callers to an assigned second
party."
